Fun Page Exchange: User Agreement
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE:
1. Non-English websites.
2. Websites with excessive popups, and/or spyware.
3. Adult websites, or websites with excessive adult material.
4. Websites promoting and/or distributing illegal material (warez, mp3s, etc.)
5. Any website that is NOT a humor or arcade website. Fun Page Exchange is exclusively for humor and arcade sites!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You hereby agree to the terms outlined below:
1. You will only submit links for content under your ownership. Affiliate links are not permitted.
2. Any links you submit may be edited for size or clarity.
3. Only English language websites will be allowed. If your web site is in another language it will be removed from our network.
4. You will not submit any pages that have more than one pop-up or pop-under ad console, and one pop-up or pop-under subscribe box on the landing page of any fun pages you promote through the Fun Page Exchange. Pages with adware and spyware popups, popunders, or forced installs are also not allowed.
5. You will not submit any pages containing vulgar or obscene content, obscene links, or anything that would be offensive to minors. All pages are reviewed by the Fun Page Exchange staff, and our decision will be final and non-negotiable.
6. You will not promote the Fun Page Exchange on any web page or newsletter containing vulgar or obscene content, obscene links, or anything that would be offensive to minors.
7. You will not force your users to click on Fun Page Exchange links. All clicks must be non-incentivized.
8. You will not use unsolicited bulk e-mail to promote the Fun Page Exchange.
9. You will not inflate or falsify your traffic counts.
10. You will use the proper link coding provided by the Fun Page Exchange, and may not alter it for functionality. You may, however, alter the code for appearance only.
11. You assume all liability for pages you submit. You hereby agree that you have legal permission to use any content you submit, including but not limited to: graphics, music, text, and animations.
12. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with this free service. This service is a free service and is provided as-is with no warranty.
13. We reserve the right to delete invalid accounts from time to time. If a website clearly is not appropriate for the Fun Page Exchange, the webmaster will not be notified in this event.
14. Fun Page Exchange accounts and credits are not transferable, and cannot be sold or traded. Any attempts to circumvent this rule will result in account termination and forfeiture of credits. Exceptions to this rule may be made at our discretion.
15. Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the courts located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
